Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is offering the FuturePRO Student to Work program for beauty school students to start earning while they learn. You’ll receive mentorship, orientation, and advanced technical training as you progress toward licensure.

Earn while you train with hourly pay, walk-in guest opportunities, and a path up our career ladder to higher earnings. The program emphasizes hands-on guidance, real-world salon experience, and ongoing support to help you build a lasting career.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: Night, weekend, and holiday availability to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience by assisting in the salon flow and reception tasks.
• Develop your craft through a training plan created with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching salon professionals and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Build a strong clientele through product knowledge and consultation skills.
