You will start learning hands-on skills, grow through a 90-day mentorship, and access classes on cutting, color, and practice on mannequins. You will work in a salon environment with mentorship, guest interactions, and opportunities to build a clientele while preparing for an official cosmetology career.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Willing to learn hair cutting, coloring and client service.
• Flexible to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience at the chair side and front desk.
• Develop craft through a structured training plan.
• Partner with licensed professionals for consultations on guests.
