Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in the United States is launching the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for cosmetology students. As a hairstylist student, you’ll start building income and a lucrative career from day one with mentorship and on-the-job training.

The program offers a 90-day mentorship, new hire orientation, advanced technical training, and a clear path on our 8-level ladder with commissions. You must be enrolled in beauty school, able to work in the U.S., and ready to learn cuts,

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from industry leaders.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Flexibility for night, weekend, and holidays to maximize learning and earnings.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience at the front desk and chair side.
• Participate in a salon training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Observe and learn from licensed pros to sharpen skills.
• Build a strong clientele through professional product knowledge and service.
