Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is expanding its FuturePRO program for beauty school students eager to begin earning while learning. As a hairstylist student, you’ll join a salon team and receive hands-on guidance from licensed pros.

You will participate in a mentorship, onboarding, and skill-building that leads to a professional career with performance-based pay and a clear career ladder across nationwide salons. You must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Current beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexible to night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience at the reception area and assist salon operations.
• Develop craft through a training plan with the Salon Leader.
• Participate in consultations with licensed professionals on select guests.
• Observe and learn from salon professionals to sharpen skills.
• Help build a strong clientele through product knowledge and service delivery.
