Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking cosmetology students for the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. You will start as a student and receive a 90-day mentorship, orientation, and advanced technical training to develop clipper cutting and color techniques.

As you progress, you may earn through hourly wages, performance-based pay, and up to 75% commission as you move up an 8-level career ladder, with top earners reaching $45–$88+ per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize peak learning and earning potential.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
