Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Educational Consultant to build a coaching culture where Guides develop students who love school, master academics, and gain resilience and leadership skills. The role centers on developing Guides, running life-skills workshops for K-8 students, and using performance data to improve outcomes weekly.

Based on campus in Dallas, OKC, Austin, or Fort Worth, you’ll drive high standards, coach adult teams, and model the coaching excellence expected of every Guide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults, with final or primary authority to select team members and make performance-based termination decisions.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to diagnose problems, prioritize actions, and deliver measurable results.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency, energy, and uncompromising standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use student and Guide performance data to identify coaching opportunities, remove barriers, and drive measurable improvements every week.
