Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Lead Coach to build a coaching culture that helps Guides develop students who love school, master academics quickly, and build resilience and leadership. You will coach, mentor, and model the standards expected of every Guide, while maintaining a high-expectation campus culture.

The role centers on coaching, performance data review, and leading cohorts to excellence, with relocation support and on-site work across multiple TX/OK locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or a related field.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops on communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities and drive weekly improvements.
• Lead motivation sessions helping students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
