Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Leadership Coach to train Guides and shape a campus coaching model across Dallas, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Austin, TX; and Fort Worth, TX. You will train Guides, coach life skills workshops, and analyze performance data to drive weekly improvements and student growth.

You will oversee a cohort, set high standards, and deliver measurable impact on 5–14 year olds while embracing an unconventional, evidence-based approach to education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or related discipline is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or comparable field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching model with reliability and high standards.
• Facilitate life skills workshops addressing communication, leadership, resilience for K-8 students.
• Analyze performance metrics to surface coaching needs and drive weekly progress.
