• Approve volunteer service hours.
• Post volunteer service opportunities and manage Handshake entries.
• Assist with day-to-day CAPS tasks and purchases.
• Provide feedback to improve CAPS customer service and programs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programming and events.
