Job summary

GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY is seeking a Marketing – Front Desk Clerk to serve as the front-of-house contact for guests, workers and students entering and exiting the lobby, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent service. This role supports studio operations and provides administrative assistance to the team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Studio 48 occupants as needed.
• Receive anticipated deliveries.
• Ensure main points of entry are secured and locked upon departure.
• Alert fulltime staff to pressing/ urgent concerns regarding the studio space.
• Assist in the flow of communication between production teams/ staff.
