You will support daily front desk operations and deliver outstanding customer service to fans, donors, staff, and student-athletes.

Pay is $13.00 per hour with a focus on reliability, friendliness, and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Reliable, personable, and responsible with a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct students, visitors, faculty, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
• Assist with sorting, preparing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform campus errands as needed
• Operate standard office equipment, including copiers and fax machines
• Organize and file documents
• Support special projects and assignments as directed
