Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Student Food Service Worker in Dudley, MA to assist the Dining Services team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet guests, help prepare and serve items, and may handle cashier duties as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, stocking areas, labeling and packaging, and assisting guests with menu questions. This fast-paced role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and work collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Customer Service, Food Service, or Retail position preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as excel independently.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Help team members to prepare and serve menu items for a food station.
• Operate a POS and accept payment for food/beverage purchases (cashier duties).
• Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering.
• Clean, organize, stock, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.
• May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
