Job summary

American Food & Vending in Dudley, MA is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily meal service and catering orders, assist with food prep and serving, and manage staff scheduling.

You will handle weekly inventory, oversee online catering order systems and POS procedures, and collaborate with customers to ensure exceptional service. Preferred: Culinary or Hospitality degree and 2+ years in a supervisory role in dining services.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Culinary or Hospitality Degree from an accredited college, technical school, or culinary association.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar culinary supervisor position in retail, manufacturing, or education dining services.
• Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a fast-paced environment.
