Job summary

CU Boulder’s Bursar's Office is seeking a Business System Professional to oversee B3 programs, OnBase operations, and student financial processes. You will configure tuition, billing, and refunds within Campus Solutions while supporting testing, enhancements, and daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and OnBase experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. A hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ year experience with OnBase and reporting tools.
• Experience in higher education setting preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support B3 program administration and account management.
• Resolve student account issues using Campus Solutions and vendor systems.
• Analyze vendor processing and assist with issue resolution.
• Create and maintain process docs for SF-Special Programs.
• Provide OnBase workflow monitoring and end-user support.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Financial Aid, and campus partners.
• Develop tests and configurations for tuition, billing, and refunds.
• Assist with system testing and upgrades.
