Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Business System Professional in the Bursar's Office to oversee B3 student financial processes, OnBase workflow, and system enhancements within CampusSolutions. The role collaborates with campus partners and external vendors to resolve complex account issues.

The position supports student accounts, research, and testing activities; hybrid work is offered. A Bachelor's degree and OnBase experience are required, with higher education experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• At least 1 year of OnBase experience with developing reports/queries.
• Experience in a Higher Education setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bursar's Office in B3 program initiatives and cross-functional workgroups.
• Provide account support for students, departments, vendors, and campus partners; resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of special program requirements and student financial policies to ensure accurate account management.
• Research and resolve student account issues using CampusSolutions and vendor systems.
• Analyze vendor system processing, coding, and error messages to identify root causes and guide users.
• Use reporting tools (PS Query, MS Access) to identify populations and troubleshoot processes.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Financial Aid, and academic departments to support operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors on configuration and processing issues affecting B3 operations.
• Develop and update process documentation for SF-Special Programs operations and business continuity.
• Provide OnBase day-to-day support including workflow monitoring and end-user assistance.
• Monitor workflow activity to identify and resolve processing issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance and data cleanup to ensure integrity.
• Support OnBase documentation and system administration with backup coverage.
