Job summary

The Bursar's Office at CU Boulder invites applications for the Business System Professional position. This role provides operational oversight of B3 student financial processes and supports students, departments, and external vendors while contributing to system enhancements within SF-Special Programs.

You will work with OnBase document management, testing and configuring tuition, fees, billing, refunds, and related student financial activities, under guidance of the Associate Bursar System

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of OnBase experience, developing reports/queries and relational database knowledge.
• Experience in a Higher Education setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bursar's Office in program initiatives, cross-functional groups, and related meetings.
• Support students, departments, vendors, and campus partners with special program administration and issue resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of program requirements, student financial policies, and processes for accurate account management.
• Research and resolve student account issues using Campus Solutions, vendor systems, and university resources.
• Analyze vendor processing, coding, and error messages to identify root causes and guide partners.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for SF-Special Programs operations.
• Provide OnBase-related operational support, workflows, and configuration changes under guidance.
