Job summary

Qualifications

• MoWest student status required and must be degree seeking.
• Enrolled at least part-time; maintain minimum GPA 2.0.
• Experience with office tasks and basic software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, and staff.
• Assist with general questions and direct to appropriate staff.
• Handle financial aid and student accounts frontline tasks.
• Process documents and maintain accurate student records.
• Support front counter operations and cashiering activities.
