Job summary

The role requires MoWest student, part-time enrollment, minimum 2.0 GPA, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and basic tech troubleshooting. Experience with esports equipment and social media is a plus, with duties across programming and student organizations.

Qualifications

• MoWest student in good standing with part-time enrollment (6 hours).
• GPA at least 2.0 and not on probation.
• Willingness to support events and CSI activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers/students and serve as initial contact at Griffon Headquarters.
• Facilitate student check-in/check-out and manage equipment inventory.
• Maintain office cleanliness and monitor equipment functionality.
• Answer office line and route calls as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment (consoles, PCs, controllers, headphones).
• Assist CSI staff with events and student organization activities.
• Assist with CSI social media and data collection/record keeping.
• Perform related duties as assigned by CSI staff.
