Job summary

The role supports the Assistant Director and ensures timely servicing of student financial activity with a focus on reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• Four (4) years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily cashiering operations and ensures accurate processing of student payments and account transactions.
• Provides training and guidance to staff in the Cashiers & Student Accounting area and assists with escalated inquiries.
• Monitors transaction accuracy, identifies discrepancies, and ensures compliance with cash-handling procedures.
• Oversees cash drawer activity, daily deposits, vault security, and related financial transactions; balances daily.
