Job summary

The State of Georgia is seeking a dedicated Financial Aid Technician for Griffin Campus, with the potential to serve other campuses as needed. You will be the first point of contact for students seeking aid and will assist them with applications and status updates.

Under supervision, you will communicate clearly, deliver excellent customer service, and perform administrative duties in support of the Financial Aid Office, including managing emails and the ticketing system and updating Banner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of work experience.
• Experience in administration within Financial Aid Office preferred.
• Experience in Banner Financial Aid Module preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for students applying for aid.
• Manage Financial Aid email and front desk calls.
• Update Banner forms and document intake process.
• Provide information on Financial Aid resources and eligibility.
