The role manages a high volume of calls, emails, and service tickets, assists with FAFSA completion, documentation, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups, and routes complex matters to the appropriate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, admin support, or related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data entry.
• Knowledge of FERPA and privacy requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective and current students seeking financial aid assistance.
• Respond to questions about financial aid programs, deadlines, and required documents.
• Assist FAFSA completion and troubleshoot common FAFSA issues.
• Manage shared email inbox, phone, and service queues; route inquiries as needed.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up communications with students.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation in university systems.
