CVTC is seeking a Financial Aid Associate to provide administrative and technical support for student financial aid. You will help process applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication with students and families.

The role requires strong data management, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple systems such as Banner, Cognos, and COD. This on-site position offers a structured schedule and benefits.

Competenze

• Associates degree in Business or related field and two years in customer service or professional office setting.
• Experience with federal financial aid programs preferred.
• Financial aid experience within Wisconsin Technical College System preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist processing financial aid applications and maintain student records.
• Monitor disbursement of Pell Grants and Direct Loans via Banner and COD.
• Load FAFSA/DOE records and corrections daily.
• Recalculate financial aid awards and adjust as necessary.
• Provide coverage for Financial Aid Office staff as needed.
