Job summary

University of Florida is seeking a Student Financial Aid Coordinator II to join the Outreach, Training, and Compliance team. You will conduct presentations, assist students with financial aid concerns, and collaborate with SFA to ensure timely disbursement processes.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and strong communication skills, with opportunities to travel locally and within the state.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts financial aid and wellness presentations for on-campus and off-campus audiences.
• Represent the office at events for students, families, and partners.
• Develops and updates outreach and training materials.
• Resolves complex or escalated student financial aid cases from OneStop Enrollment Services.
• Assists with financial aid processing tasks, including award and disbursement operations.
• Occasionally travels locally and statewide for outreach, using a state vehicle.
• Lifts and transports recruitment and informational materials up to 40 lbs.
