In this role, you'll conduct in-person and video presentations, participate in student activities, and assist students and their families with their financial aid concerns. You will also collaborate with other areas in SFA to ensure vital processes, like the disbursement of financial aid, occur in an efficient and timely manner. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
$47,500 annually
