The role reviews applications, maintains data accuracy, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.

Successful candidates will hold a master’s degree (or a bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience) and bring strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Preferred experience in student financial aid.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and process scholarship applications, making award decisions based on established criteria.
• Manage scholarship data setup, maintenance, and reconciliation.
• Monitor compliance with scholarship and financial aid regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for students and families on financial aid and scholarship questions.
• Partner with faculty, advisors, and staff to guide students through scholarship processes.
• Provide training on scholarship systems, eligibility requirements, and awarding guidelines.
• Track deadlines and required documentation to support compliance reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase scholarship workflow efficiency.
