Qualifications

• Assist students with FAFSA filing.
• Answer financial aid tickets in SmartView and monitor campus email.
• Maintain student financial aid records and perform data entry.
• Advise on veteran/military educational benefits and other aid questions.
• Utilize government websites (ScholarTrack, CPS, NSLDS, COD) to research issues.

Responsibilities

• Review program changes and updates to verify continuing eligibility.
• Assist with scholarship programs and work-study coordination.
• Present and participate in campus workshops and outreach events for new students.
