Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one guidance on financial aid, eligibility, applications, scholarships, loans, and work-study.
• Review documents to determine eligibility for financial aid and scholarships.
• Develop and monitor student financial aid packages (grants, loans, work-study, scholarships).
• Collaborate with campus offices to improve customer service and enrollment support.
• Communicate clearly with students, alumni, UTMB departments, and external entities.
