Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide a caseload of Wiley students from FAFSA to disbursement and graduation.
• Explain aid offers, costs, balances, and options to students and families.
• Prepare professional judgment and dependency override cases for review.
• Maintain accurate student files in PowerFAIDS, Jenzabar, AdmissionPros.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Recruitment, Student Billing, and Registrar to resolve holds and barriers.
