• Serve as the primary escalation point for financial aid, billing, or payment questions.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the Registrar to connect students with resources.
• Support faculty and staff with basic financial aid and billing questions.
• Provide information and guidance to veterans and international students.
• Maintain resources and assist with notification and documentation tasks.
• Demonstrate inclusive customer service across in-person, phone, email, and online channels.
