• Knowledge of federal Title IV financial aid regulations and student financial services operations.
• Experience with student account management, billing, refunds, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Banner or comparable student information systems and FERPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Financial Aid and the Bursar to coordinate disbursement, billing, and reconciliation.
• Advise students and families on financial aid programs, billing, payment options, refunds, and policies.
• Assist with completing financial aid documentation and understanding eligibility requirements.
• Review posting and application of financial aid awards to student accounts.
• Prepare reports related to student accounts, financial aid disbursements, and reconciliations.
