Responsibilities

• Determine the student's title IV eligibility.
• Create cost estimates and explain funding options to students and parents.
• Collect documentation for verification when selected.
• Review weekly reports to ensure aid has been processed.
• Submit financial aid packages by deadlines.
• Ensure a low rate of returns due to errors on packages.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
