Manchester University in North Manchester, IN, is seeking a Counselor, Student Financial Services to help students and families navigate financial aid and financing options. You will work with the Director and team to ensure accurate, compliant, and student-centered aid administration.

The role emphasizes helping students pursue educational goals, with opportunities to partner across Admissions and campus programs, and to participate in campus outreach and FAFSA efforts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of one year of financial aid experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Administer and award financial aid per regulations.
• Counsel students and families on eligibility and options.
• Support verification processes and COD/EdConnect data exchanges.
• Assist loan programs, including MPNs and counseling.
• Administer Indiana state aid and claims processing.
• Serve as primary contact for outside scholarships.
• Collaborate with Admissions and other offices on student success.
• Train staff on aid policies and procedures.
• Represent Financial Services at campus events and outreach.
