You will administer federal, state, institutional, and private aid programs, assist with verification, COD/EdConnect data exchanges, and loan processes while partnering with Admissions to support enrollment and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years of financial aid experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Ellucian Colleague, Insights, and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to administer and award financial aid per regulations.
• Counsel students and families on eligibility, awards, payments, and funding strategies.
• Manage verification processes, special circumstance documentation, and related communications.
