Job summary

A Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of business experience are required; availability for day, evening and weekend

• Financial Aid experience helpful.
• Ability to work assigned/flexi hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with FAFSA completion.
• Determine Title IV eligibility.
• Create cost estimates and explain funding options.
• Obtain documentation for processing aid verification.
• Review weekly reports to ensure aid is processed.
• Submit financial aid packages by deadlines.
• Ensure a low error rate on submitted packages.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries.
