Responsibilities

• Assist students with filling out the FAFSA
• Determine the student's Title IV eligibility
• Create cost estimates and explain funding options to students and parents
• Obtain documentation for aid processing when selected for verification
• Review weekly reports to ensure aid processing is complete
• Submit financial aid packages by established deadlines
• Maintain accuracy to reduce errors on aid packages
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to student inquiries
