Job summary

Keiser University is seeking a Financial Aid Officer to guide students through the financial aid process, ensuring they are funded and prepared to start each semester. You will help students fill out the FAFSA, determine Title IV eligibility, and create cost estimates to explain funding options.

You will collect documentation for verification, review weekly reports, submit packages by deadlines, and strive for accuracy with zero or minimal errors while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-4 years of business experience.
• Demonstrated ability of Key Behaviors.
• Knowledge of Federal and State funding programs helpful.
• Knowledge of Title IV regulations helpful.
• Knowledge of Webclient software helpful.
• Financial Aid Experience helpful.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
