Keiser University is seeking a Financial Aid Officer to guide students through the financial aid process and ensure funding and packaging for each semester. You will assist with FAFSA, determine Title IV eligibility, create cost estimates, and explain funding options to students and parents.

You will collect documentation for verification, review weekly processing reports, and submit packages by deadlines while maintaining low error rates and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of business experience.
• Knowledge of title IV regulations is helpful.
• Knowledge of Federal and State funding programs is helpful.
• Knowledge of Webclient software helpful.
• Financial aid experience is helpful.
• Ability to work flexible hours weekly.
