Ferrilli seeks a dedicated Financial Aid Counselor to join our Student Financial Services team in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will guide students through the financial aid process, evaluate eligibility, and help create viable education financing plans.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional customer service, clear communication, and a solid understanding of federal and private aid programs. Prior experience with Ellucian Colleague is strongly preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and private loan programs; familiarity with financial aid processes.

Responsabilidades

• Student Counseling & Customer Service: conduct 1:1 appointments in person, by phone, or virtually to discuss aid options and explain procedures.
• Application Processing & Verification: review aid applications and verify documentation per regulations.
• Inquiry Resolution: manage calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.
• Awarding & File Maintenance: assist in awarding grants, scholarships, and loans and keep accurate records.
• Financial Literacy & Outreach: explain loan programs and debt management to support student success.
