Responsibilities

• Evaluates and processes student and departmental financial transactions using Banner and TouchNet.
• Assists students with payment and refund questions via Banner and TouchNet systems.
• Receives and balances tuition payments and departmental deposits on the TouchNet cashiering system.
• Reviews petty cash transactions on the TouchNet system and verifies bank deposits.
• Maintains high level of customer service by email, phone, and in person while complying with FERPA.
