Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors in person or by phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Direct students to appropriate departments or campus resources as needed.
• Maintain understanding of financial aid processes including FAFSA.
• Advise students and families on financial aid and student accounts.
• Process payments received in person and by mail.
• Provide accurate information on policies and procedures.
• Address concerns and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with students, faculty and staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes.
