You will review eligibility, post awards, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while collaborating with admissions, advising, and other campus partners.

The role supports student success through financial literacy education, timely information delivery, and careful data handling in Banner systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• One to three years of financial aid office experience.
• Strong customer service and active listening.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Banner systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of financial aid programs and processes.
• Post awards to student accounts and monitor for accuracy.
• Review documents for accuracy and request corrections when needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations in Financial Aid.
• Provide financial literacy counseling and answer student questions.
• Data-entry in Banner and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
