Job summary

You will partner with Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable, and SST to provide accurate options, payment plans, and timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; applicable experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of service or advising experience.
• Strong communication via email, phone, video, or in person.
• Ability to manage multiple duties with discretion and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Title IV financial aid regulations and programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial advisory sessions for new, transfer, re-entry, and returning students.
• Assist students with financial policy orientation and planning.
• Serve as dedicated Finance Advisor to up to 500 students.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Support payment plan setup and financial clearance processes.
