Job summary

UEI College in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Student Finance Advisor to support the Director of Student Finance in administering financial aid programs and guiding students through the aid process.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a financial aid department and an Associates degree (or comparable experience). Bachelor's degree with coursework in math/finance is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or comparable work experience required. Bachelor's degree with coursework in math, business, finance, auditing or accounting preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a financial aid department of an accredited college or university with direct responsibility for advising on or awarding Title IV activities or programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective students to determine financial aid eligibility.
• Review student files for completeness and accuracy for submission.
• Review and authorize students' Financial Aid awards.
