Mansioni

• Advise and counsel students and parents about financial aid programs, eligibility requirements, financing options, and policies and procedures at the university.
• Assist students using a holistic counseling approach including affordability, costs of education, financial awareness, campus resources, and payment options.
• Interact with students and parents via appointments, walk-ins, phone, or other platforms.
• Provide information about all student financial aid programs and program characteristics and eligibility requirements.
• Discuss confidential financial data and advise on impact and eligibility for aid programs.
• Exercise professional judgment in student situations and advocate for exceptions to standard rules when appropriate.
• Collaborate with academic advisors to meet SAP requirements and aid retention.
