Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for at-risk young adults and school-aged parents to encourage re-engagement with education.
  • Coordinate with counselors, employers, and community organizations to arrange services and referrals.
  • Assist enrollment in GED, evening classes, and job training programs.
  • Maintain client case files and prepare activity reports for supervision.
  • Confer with employers regarding work-hour adjustments to support schooling.
