Job summary

Embry-Riddle's ERAU-DB seeks a Parent and Student Programs Coordinator to coordinate services, education, events, and resources for parents and families, including PAC and Parent Ambassador Program. The role requires strong communication with university stakeholders from cabinet-level to students.

You will lead programs such as Discover Scholars, Riddle Support Network, ALEKS Virtual Bridge, UNIV 101, and UNIV 195A, support the scholarship appeal process and hire/train peer leads to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Higher education parent family relations and/or retention and data analysis experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services, education, events and resources for ERAU-DB parents and families.
• Lead the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) and Parent Ambassador Program.
• Monitor social media and mentor other parents and families.
• Represent Embry-Riddle at events such as Applied Student Receptions.
• Lead programs like Discover Scholars, Riddle Support Network and ALEKS Virtual Bridge.
• Support UNIV 101 and UNIV 195A initiatives and the Scholarship appeal program.
• Hire and train peer leads to support multiple student-support programs.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders from Cabinet-level to students and families.
