Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL, seeks a Parents and Students Programs Coordinator. This on-site role coordinates services, education, events, and resources for ERAU-DB families, including PAC and Parent Ambassadors, enhancing engagement across campus.

The coordinator leads programs such as Discover Scholars, Riddle Support Network, ALEKS Bridge, UNIV 101, and UNIV 195A, while supporting scholarship appeals and peer-lead hiring/training throughout the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Higher education parent family relations and/or retention and data analysis experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with students, faculty and staff.
• Ability to use empathetic listening skills, communicate clearly (written and verbal) with respect and resourcefulness.
• Strong problem-solving and task management skills; able to work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong project management and case management skills.
• Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Campus Solutions, Salesforce Education Cloud, Canva, Adobe, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services, education, events, and resources for ERAU-DB parents and families (PAC and Parent Ambassador Program).
• Lead programs like Discover Scholars, Riddle Support Network, ALEKS Virtual Bridge, and UNIV 101/UNIV 195A.
• Support the Institutionally Funded Scholarship appeal program and recruit peer leads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the university from administration to families.
• Represent ERAU at events and manage recruitment and training efforts.
