Job summary

University of Northern Colorado seeks a Student & Faculty Support Specialist- Recruitment and Operations to coordinate recruitment initiatives and oversee operations for the HSS Student Success Resource Center. The role includes managing undergraduate staff, hosting events, and supporting admissions outreach.

After a three-month training, occasional remote work Fridays are possible; strong communication in English is essential, with Spanish support being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3 years related experience.
• Experience coordinating recruitment events and advising students.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication; Spanish language ability preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Banner systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment events and admissions communications for the HSS college.
• Oversee operations of the Honors Program, Office of Undergraduate Research, and Advising Center.
• Hire and supervise undergraduate student staff; manage shared inboxes and phone lines.
• Support New Student Orientation and college welcome events.
