Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Service Coordinators-front desk covers, task shadowing.
• Monitor Warren parking garage; offer guest assistance.
• Manage Yuma front desk for deliveries and guest access.
• Handle office and furniture moves.
• Lift items weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Interface at the auxiliary/admin front desk.
• Assist with room scheduling, AU ID card coding.
• Assist with parking kiosks and lockers.
• Onboard new WCL staff and faculty.
