Job summary

Aramark Student Nutrition seeks a Student Experience Manager to connect Marketing with client locations, drive promotions and innovations, and enhance the student dining experience. You will lead market research, plan campaigns, and coordinate events while working across a matrixed organization.

You will foster strong relationships with districts, parents, teachers and staff, leveraging insights to grow meal programs and improve engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• Proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI on implementation of programs.
• Demonstrated proactive and strategic thinking to capture growth opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking and client interaction, with strong collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts marketing research and data collection: focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, trend development/research, and pricing analysis.
• Develops marketing plans and new strategies to promote meals and promotions.
• Supports client business reviews and presentations to reinforce relationships.
• Coordinates events, promotions, collateral, media interactions, and social content.
• Builds relationships with clients, parents, teachers, staff, and community groups.
• Manages merchandising of stations and service areas to drive sales and engagement.
• Collaborates with operations to ensure aligned messaging and client goals.
• Identifies opportunities for innovations and technology solutions to support growth and retention.
• Leverages Student ViewPOINT results to guide menu changes, promotions, and programming.
• Establishes clear communication strategies to engage students, parents, and administrators.
